I personally have always thought of you as one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met. Quite possibly the most trustworthy person I have ever met, actually.

And I was just backing up my novel to your server and it occurred to me that I have practical evidence of this: on that server space is both highly sensitive personal legal/financial/etc information of mine and things that I don't really want anyone to read yet, first drafts of novels and the like. It has never once crossed my mind not to trust you with access to that data, and I can't think of anyone else (with the possible exceptions of Flick and Paul) who I would feel this comfortable about their having such access.

For a while there it seemed likely that there was someone who took a different view, but the issue which gave rise to the original post has now been resolved. Drama on DeadJournal, who'd have thought it.
